How does it work?
An attorney with extensive domestic and/or international experience in public and private companies will be on-site in your office for 60-90 days for a set fee. Prior to the engagement, the attorney will visit with you to determine the deliverables and timelines. It is important that the right people within your organization are "on-board" and involved in the process to assure that you receive the most benefit from our time with your company. We will create a detailed task list including the names of participants for a particular task, the timeline, process and deliverables for each task.
